The name of this competition is the “Pizza Oven Giveaway”. The promoter is ABN Management Services Trading as Home Collective of 301 Vincent Street, Leederville 6007.
Conditions of Entry
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia over the age of 18.
Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only entries received via the method below and received by us during the competition giveaway dates are eligible.
Each entrant, must:
- be a resident of Western Australia over the age of 18 years;
- not be otherwise excluded from the Competition by reason of these terms.
How to Enter
Visit Home Collective (301 Vincent Street, Leederville) during business hours on 27th, 29th, 30th December 2025 and 2nd, 3rd January 2026, and place an entry slip in the competition box.
The Winners
One (1) eligible winner will receive a prize. One winner will be drawn from the competition box randomly on Monday 12th January 2026.
Should the draw winner not meet the criteria outlined in these terms then the draw will be repeated until a winner that meets all criteria outlined in these terms and conditions is drawn.
The prize winner must provide suitable identification (and proof of eligibility) to the Promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim any prize.
The decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via email and phone on 12th January 2026.
If the winning entrant is unable to be contacted within 2 days of the draw, the entrant will forfeit the prize, and a redraw will be conducted.
The prize awarded is not redeemable for cash value or any other cash in lieu method.
Home Collective will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
Prizes will be available for pick up in January 2026. It will be the winners responsibility to pick up the prize from our Leederville location.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
Dates of Draw
Giveaway opens on 27th December 2025, closes 3rd January 2026. Winner drawn 12th January 2026 by 5pm.
