ABN Management Services Trading as Home Collective (“Promoter”).
The name of this competition is the “Sonos One SL Speaker Giveaway”. The promoter is ABN Management Services Trading as Home Collective of 301 Vincent Street, Leederville 6007.
Conditions of Entry
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or older.
Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only entries received via the method below and received by us during the competition giveaway dates are eligible.
Each entrant must:
- Be a resident of Western Australia aged 18 years or older.
- Not be otherwise excluded from the competition by reason of these terms.
- Not be an employee, supplier, or contractor (or an immediate family member) of the Promoter.
How to Enter
Attend the Interiors Open Day at Home Collective (301 Vincent Street, Leederville) on Saturday, 29th March 2025, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All attendees will be automatically entered into the draw.
The Prize
One (1) eligible winner will receive a Sonos One SL Portable Speaker (colour not specified).
The prize awarded is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash value or any other cash-in-lieu method.
Home Collective will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
The winner must collect their prize from our Leederville location.
The Winner
One (1) eligible winner will receive the prize. The winner will be drawn randomly from the competition entries on Monday, 31st March 2025.
Should the drawn winner not meet the criteria outlined in these terms, the draw will be repeated until a winner that meets all criteria is drawn.
The prize winner must provide suitable identification (and proof of eligibility) to the Promoter’s satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
The decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via email or phone on 31st March 2025.
If the winning entrant is unable to be contacted within 2 days of the draw, the entrant will forfeit the prize, and a redraw will be conducted at the same location on 2nd April 2025.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
This does not exclude any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Dates of Draw
Giveaway opens on 29th March 2025, closes at 3:00 PM on the same day. Winner drawn 31st March 2025 by 5:00 PM.
