In this Supplier Spotlight, we’re taking you behind the scenes with Lincoln Trager, The Maker Designer Kitchens General Manager, to explore the making of our brand new Hero Kitchen showcased in our space, and the innovative features that set it apart.
Crafting excellence with local expertise
Every kitchen built by The Maker Designer Kitchens is crafted with precision and a commitment to quality. Their team of draftees, cabinet makers, and stone masons work closely together to ensure each kitchen meets the highest standards. The Maker Designer Kitchens has access to the latest industry innovations, while still maintaining a focus on local craftsmanship. “We build all of our kitchens onsite in our Bassendean factory before we install as part of our high commitment to quality to ensure the highest of quality,” shares Lincoln. This hands-on approach allows them to achieve the perfect balance of functionality and aesthetic appeal in every project.
Staying ahead of design trends
With Australia’s largest kitchen manufacturer under their belt, the team constantly pushes the envelope to create kitchens that reflect both timeless style and the latest design trends. Lincoln tells us: “We are Australia’s largest kitchen manufacturer, and with the high volume of cabinetry projects coming through the factory, we are at the forefront of innovative kitchen design.”
Our Hero Kitchen: a design masterpiece
Home Collective’s brand new Hero Kitchen is a prime example of The Maker Designer Kitchens‘ forward-thinking approach to design. Featuring Polytec Peak Steccawood, a luxurious material that minimises fingerprints while adding texture, this kitchen takes both form and function to new heights. “Polytec Peak Steccawood is a luxury inclusion for your cabinetry design and has been used in this kitchen to create the curved ends,” Lincoln explains.
Integrated lighting on the island adds another design element that elevates the space, creating a striking visual effect. Combined with Polytec Peak Profile and the popular Polytec Hamptons shaker profile, this kitchen perfectly balances modern sophistication with timeless appeal.
