Hi, I’m Tess, and I’m excited to help you create the perfect space for your home.

With several years in the construction industry, my passion for helping clients create beautiful spaces lead me to study Interior Design. I draw inspiration from travel, research, and shows like Grand Designs, and nothing motivates me more than seeing the joy on clients’ faces when their vision becomes a reality.

When I’m not at Home Collective, I am happiest spending time outdoors, staying active, and relaxing with my family, partner, and friends.

My secret to furnishing a room is to limit choices to three colours or textures—embracing the “less is more” approach for a timeless design. My top tip for Selections meetings is to focus on the feeling you want for your new home, list your non-negotiable items, and save photos of your favourite colour palettes – and leave the rest to us to bring it together!

I’m proud to have been recognised as the ABN Group’s Prestart Most Professional Employee in 2018/2019 and as Home Collective’s Employee of the Year in 2024.
