Hi, I’m Rachel!

I am a Selections Consultant at Home Collective Bunbury.

I am a proud mum of two daughters, and I’ve spent most of my life in the South West, having grown up in Busselton. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years; from fashion to visual merchandising, and more recently, as a Construction Liaison. Now, I’m loving my role as a Selections Consultant.

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me at the beach—rain, hail or shine—walking, paddle boarding, or out on the boat. I also love camping, travelling, and catching live music whenever I can.

As for my dream holiday, I’d love to travel around Italy, but really anywhere with sunshine, a beach, and my favourite people is perfect for me. Something that most people don’t know is that I once travelled across Australia in a car that I bought for just $500!

My favourite design style is classic coastal; where natural fibres and dark finishes blend with clean, crisp whites to create a relaxed, welcoming vibe.

When transforming a room, I believe the secret lies in soft furnishings. Just by adding cushions, throws, art, and décor, you can completely change the feel and look of your space.

If you’re starting your home-building journey, my biggest tip is to focus on how you want your home to feel, not just how it looks—taking photos and creating mood boards can help bring your vision to life.
